Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

- Easily view your order status and order history
- Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Additionally, we also accept PayPal.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every US order. No minimum and no code needed.
What is the estimated delivery time for my items?
Every item ships from within the US. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout, and we'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order includes items from more than one warehouse, they may arrive in separate packages.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
What is your return policy?
Everything we sell comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If something doesn't fit or isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it, even if you've tried it on or used it. The hinged post-op braces are the one exception (see below). Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I return a hinged knee or elbow brace?
The hinged knee brace and hinged elbow brace can be returned unopened, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Once opened, they can't be returned. In the Knee Recovery Kit this applies to the brace only; the sleeves and band are covered by the guarantee. Not sure about fit? Message us before ordering and we'll help.
How do I choose the right size?
Products that come in sizes include a size chart in their product photos that shows where to measure. If you're unsure which size to pick, email us at postopperformance@gmail.com before ordering and we'll help.
Who picks your products?
Postop Performance was built by a pre- and post-op trainer with 10 years in a physical therapy clinic and sports rehab. Each product is chosen for a specific use at home during recovery. Always check with your surgeon or physical therapist about what's right for you.
