A hinged knee brace from Orthomen with range-of-motion (ROM) dials that set how far the knee can bend and straighten. Built for the post-op stage, when your care team gives you specific angle limits. Ships from the US.

• Adjustable ROM dials: set flexion from -10° to 110° and extension from -10° to 90° on both hinges, then lock them in place.
• Adjustable length: the frame extends from about 19 in to 28 in, for a wide range of heights (roughly 5'3" to 6'6").
• Left or right leg: one brace fits either side.
• Quick-release buckles: once it's set up, it goes on and comes off by clipping the buckles. Straps can be trimmed to length.
• Padded, non-slip lining and a removable shoulder strap for extra hold while walking.

Fit: one adjustable size for most adults. If your thigh measures more than about 24 in around, message us with your measurement before ordering and we'll confirm the fit.

How to use:

1. Set the frame length so the hinges line up with the center of your knee.
2. Set the flexion and extension dials to the angles you were given, then lock them.
3. Fasten the straps snug but not tight, and check your skin regularly.

Use the angle settings and wear schedule your surgeon or therapist gives you. Stop and contact them if you notice numbness, tingling, color change or increased swelling.

Care: wipe the frame clean; hand wash the straps and padding in cool water and air dry.

Returns: unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened braces can't be returned.
