How to use:

1. Wrap the brace around your lower back with the stays centered on your spine and fasten the main closure.
2. Pull both side straps forward and fasten them for extra compression, snug but not tight.
3. Wear it for the activity that needs support, and take it off when you rest.

Check with your doctor or physical therapist before starting a new routine, and stop if you feel sharp pain, numbness or tingling.

Care and returns: hand wash in cool water and air dry. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
