MagnetRX Magnetic Knee Compression Sleeves (Pair)

A pair of knit compression knee sleeves from MagnetRX, with 17 small neodymium magnets sewn into each sleeve and silicone grip strips so they stay put during exercise, work and everyday wear. Ships from the US.

• 4-way compression knit: a 3D-knitted fabric that gives even, all-around support and still lets the knee bend fully.
• 17 magnets per sleeve: rare-earth neodymium magnets (3,000 gauss each) with a protective coating, embedded around the knee. They are permanent and don't weaken over time.
• Anti-slip silicone strips: keep the sleeve in place without rolling or sliding.
• Sold as a pair: one for each knee.

Finding your size: measure around your thigh 4 in (10 cm) above the kneecap.

How to use:

1. Slide the sleeve on and center it over your kneecap, silicone strips at the top.
2. Smooth out any folds so the compression is even.
3. Wear it for the activity that needs support, and take it off when you rest.

Magnet safety: these sleeves contain strong magnets. Don't use them if you have a pacemaker, insulin pump or other implanted electronic device, or during pregnancy, and keep them away from credit cards and electronics.

Check with your doctor or physical therapist before starting a new routine, and stop if you feel sharp pain, numbness or tingling.

Care and returns: hand wash in cool water and air dry. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
