A hinged elbow brace from Orthomen with range-of-motion (ROM) dials that set how far the elbow can bend and straighten. Built for the post-op stage, when your care team gives you specific angle limits. Ships from the US.

• Adjustable ROM dials: set flexion from 0° to 120° and extension from 0° to 90°, in set increments, without tools.
• Telescoping frame: press-button length adjustment from 13.5 in to 17 in.
• Left or right arm: contoured hinges are made for each side, so choose the arm you need.
• Breathable padding: laminated foam with a moisture-wicking lining.
• No shoulder strap required: the brace stays in place on its own.

Fit: one adjustable size for most adults, with a frame that extends from 13.5 to 17 in. If you have a larger or smaller arm, message us with your upper-arm and forearm measurements before ordering and we'll confirm the fit.

How to use:

1. Set the frame length so the hinge lines up with the center of your elbow.
2. To set an angle, push the tab inward, turn the flexion or extension dial to the setting you were given, then push the tab back out to lock it.
3. Fasten the straps snug but not tight, and check your skin regularly.

Use the angle settings and wear schedule your surgeon or therapist gives you. Stop and contact them if you notice numbness, tingling, color change or increased swelling.

Care: remove the pads and hand wash in cool water, then air dry.

Returns: unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened braces can't be returned.
