How to use:
- Read the user manual first, including the pad placement guide.
- Place the pads on clean, dry skin, then turn the unit on.
- Choose a program, start at the lowest intensity, and raise it slowly until it feels comfortable.
- Turn the unit off before you remove or move the pads.
Safety: don't use this device if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or other implanted electronic device. Don't place pads on the front or sides of the neck, across the chest, on the head, or over broken or irritated skin. Don't use it while driving, in the bath or shower, or while sleeping. If you're pregnant, have epilepsy or a heart condition, or are under a doctor's care, check with your doctor before using it. Stop if you feel discomfort or notice skin irritation.
Care and returns: put the pads back on their holder after each use to keep them sticky. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
