How to use:

1. Clean and dry the skin, then place the pads on the muscle, never on joints or bone.
2. Connect the lead wires, choose a mode and start at the lowest intensity.
3. Increase slowly until it feels strong but comfortable. Turn the unit off before moving or removing pads.

Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, are pregnant, or have epilepsy. Never place pads on the front of the neck, across the chest or heart, on the head, or on broken or irritated skin. Check with your doctor or physical therapist before starting, especially after surgery.

Care and returns: recharge with the included cable and replace pads when they stop sticking well. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
