11-Piece Resistance Band Set with Handles (10–30 lb)

An 11-piece tube band set for strength work at home. Five color-coded bands from 10 to 30 lb clip onto the handles or ankle straps one at a time, or stack together for up to 100 lb. Start light and add resistance as each level gets easy. Ships from the US.

• 5 stackable levels: yellow 10 lb, red 15 lb, blue 20 lb, green 25 lb and black 30 lb. Clip more than one band to the same handle for up to 100 lb combined.
• Cushioned foam handles: a comfortable grip for rows, presses and curls.
• Door anchor: sets up on most standard doors for pulls, rows and presses.
• Padded ankle straps: for leg and hip exercises like kickbacks and side steps.
• Carry pouch: keeps the whole set together at home or on the go.

Specs: 5 tubes · 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 lb · 48 in (122 cm) long · metal carabiners · foam-grip handles

In the box: 5 resistance tubes, 2 foam handles, 2 ankle straps, 1 door anchor, 1 carry pouch

How to use:

1. Start with the lightest band.
2. Move slowly and with control through each rep.
3. Step up a band, or add a second one, only when the current resistance feels easy for the full set.
4. When using the door anchor, close the door fully (lock it if you can) and give the band a firm tug to check it's secure before you start.

Safety: inspect the bands for nicks or wear before each use, and stop using any band that's damaged. Check with your doctor or physical therapist before starting a new routine, and stop if you feel sharp pain, numbness or tingling.
